Service Scope: Mediglobal Connect acts strictly as a facilitator assisting with logistics, travel, and appointments. We are an intermediary.

Patient Responsibilities: It is the patient’s responsibility to provide accurate medical history to receive correct evaluations. The patient is responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents (passports, visas).

Payments: Payments for medical treatment are generally made directly to the hospital/clinic. Mediglobal Connect may charge a service fee for logistical coordination, which will be clearly communicated in advance.

Limitation of Liability: Mediglobal Connect shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the medical treatment received.
